SmartCMS is a programme under IHIS aim at enhancing Clinic Management Systems (CMS) through integration with Singapore’s public healthcare system so that information can flow seamlessly between the clinic & public healthcare systems.

To meet the Tier 1 requirements, the CMS would need to be integrated with public healthcare systems and programmes like Healthier SG, CHAS, & more. The CMS should also be able to support contributions to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) system, meet specific cybersecurity requirements and adhere to the Code of Practice for data portability.

On top of the seamless information flow between the clinic and the public healthcare system, the SmartCMS program provides clinics with

Onboarding is easy, with only 3 steps;

Yes, Training for doctors and clinic staff is included in our package.

Yes, there will be a POC assigned to the clinic to help with the onboarding & subsequent related troubleshooting of the CMS.
Clinics will also have 24/7 access to Galen Health’s localised support team.

Customisation options are available depending on the clinic’s requirements.

We take security and privacy seriously and have taken multiple precautions to protect the clinic’s data.
Our CMS software has end-to-end data encryption, and we require 2FA for all our logins with password complexity validation. Additionally, our system is also CSA cybersecurity certified.
